Introduction

Jensen & Keddington, a professional corporation, is a large local certified public accounting firm located at 5292 South College Drive in Murray, Utah.  Since the firm's inception in 1979, we have always emphasized the need for prompt responses to our clients' needs in achieving their goals and objectives.  We have structured our firm in a way that allows our clients easy access to the partner or manager responsible for their engagement.  Over the years, Jensen & Keddington has experienced low attrition, which allows us to provide our clients with experienced professional staff on a continuing basis.  We have grown to five partners, four managers, and twenty-two professional and support staff.  This allows us the flexibility to attend to our clients needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Through the use of our alliances and relationships with other CPA firms and professional organizations we feel that we are able to provide the resources necessary in today’s ever-changing business environment, which traditionally were only available to large national or international firms.  We are also able to provide our clients with the care and personal interaction with the partners and managers that so many clients appreciate and expect from their auditor.

License

Jensen & Keddington is properly licensed to practice as certified public accountants in the State of Utah.

Independence

Jensen & Keddington believed it is vital to be independent when we perform our assurance services therefore; we strictly adhere to the independence requirements established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Government Auditing Standards, 1994 revision, published by the U.S. General Accounting Office.

Continuing Education

Jensen & Keddington places great importance on the continuing education of our employees. Our continuing education not only meets but exceeds the requirements of the AICPA, Government Auditing Standards as published by the U.S. General Accounting Office, and the Utah Department of Occupational Licensing.

Peer Review

As a member of the AICPA, we have received our fourth external quality review.  We have always received an unqualified opinion on our review report.   A copy of our peer review letter may be obtained by contacting our office.
